Connecting Arlo pro 2

I am trying to connect an Arlo Pro 2 to my system and I get as messages saying I need a subscription. None of the other cameras have said this. Any thoughts?

How many total cameras are in your account and what models are they? The free plan is only for 5 cameras so any additional ones would require a subscription.

Thanks! This is just what I needed. I am trying get an older system working without any documentation and was not aware of the 5 camera limit, and the 6th camera was where I ran into the problem.
