I have two Arlo pro two cameras, but I did not get anything else with them. How do I connect to my Wi-Fi? It doesn’t allow me to on the app unless I have ethernet connection.

Arlo pro2 cameras REQUIRE a base unit... They do not connect directly to wifi.
The base unit connects to your ethernet ( usu by your router ) and creates a wifi network that only the cameras can connect to.
The Pro2 cameras were usu provided with the model 4000 base ( below )

These cameras require that they connect to a base station, not your WiFi. Any of the bases and hubs would work for this. The base/hub connects to your network via Ethernet and the cameras use the dedicated WiFi the base/hub supplies which is totally removed from your home WiFi.
