Looking for ideas on how to conceal cameras outside. These seem like they would be so easy to steal.

Try these sleeves

to get the camera to blend into the background.

I can't find my posted picture, it's in this Arlo Pro 2 forum, keywords should be my user name and the word "decoy". Anyways I had a camera mounted in a tree. The camera was mounted in a 14" length of 6" diam drain pipe so that provided some protection from the rain and kept the rain off the lens. I used one of the silicone skins with the flexible rod coming out of the top and poked the rod through the side of the pipe (pipe was mounted horizontally) and wrapped the rod around the branches. Then I had a second pipe on tree lower down as a decoy if someone wanted to inspect it. Someone might have figured they were pheremone traps. Anybody who can figure out the search function in this forum maybe can find the photo I posted under "VancouverBC" and the word "decoy".
