Comparison of Arlo Pro vs Arlo Pro 2

What are the advantages of Arlo Pro 2 over Arlo Pro other than the higher resolution.? Is 24/7 recording available on either, with the addition of a back up drive or must you purchase a cloud plan for this feature.? All cameras will be plugged in. I am looking at 3 camera packages.. The Pro 2 adds a significant amount to the purchase price..
