I have Arlo 2 security camera and used about one year so far.
When I charged the cameral, the remaining batterry capapcity was 41%, it showed 27% after charging 4 hours. I charged other cameras and the battery showed 100% after charging a few hours.
Only one cameral showed "reverse cgarging or draining the battery" with charging correctly.
I have never seen draining the battery with charging like this.
Does anyone have the similar experiences and solutions are avaialbe?
Thank you, Frustrated Mike.

Are these cameras with removal batteries? If so, try swapping the two batteries and see if the problem moves with the camera or not.
If these are new (likely not the case if you actually have Pro 2s), then you should check the warranty status (which is normally 1 year from purchase). If still covered by the warranty, you could do a warranty exchange (RMA).
