So now 3 cameras RMAd by Arlo back to me are all showing the same charging fault error that I returned them for to begin with. After weeks of going back and forth on replacing broken devices, the same problem comes back. BEWARE! DO NOT BELIEVE ARLO WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL SEND YOU FUNCTIONING DEVICES BACK! THEY ARE REPLACING THEM WITH BROKEN DEVICES LIKELY SENT IN BY OTHER CUSTOMERS!
I must say again that Arlo RMA support is complete garbage. They sent me broken cameras as replacements for the cameras they already failed to manufacture correctly. These cameras have been installed and it took less than a month for them to start displaying the same errors as before. I am using Arlo branded chargers and they still don't work correctly.
