Charged Battery for Arlo Pro 2 before but won't charge now...

Ok so I bought a Arlo Pro 2 I charged the battery once and the second time it went dead neither camera will charge now so it seems like I basically wasted almost $500... does anyone have any suggestions?

If it won't charge, then something is wrong.  You can exchange the system with the seller, or contact support.

FWIW, my guess is that your problem is with the charger (since it is unlikely that both cameras would fail in the same way at the same time). https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
