ONLY ON MY PC do I get the following message on 2 of my 5 cameras. "Charge battery.
This device's battery level is too low. Connect an compatible charger to charge the battery." I cannot access, nor turn ON or OFF those two cameras. I cannot get them to go live even though the batteries are ACTUALLY AT 100%. Everything works normally on the IPHONE 12 PRO MAX, but on my PC I cannot view, nor control 2 of the 5 cameras. WHY CAN'T ARLO FIX THESE PROBLEMS? I have spent just under $1,000 buying Arlo cameras and base stations and there always seems to be some issue. NO! IT IS NOT ON MY SIDE... my wifi is excellent, everything else works GREAT. EVEN MY NEW WYZE CAMERAS... which have MUCH LESS ISSUES THAN ARLO.

Since it works on the phone, try refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache and/or log out and back in. Browsers do this sort of thing on occasion.
