I have just got my Arlo Pro 2 and want to change my subscription to CVR, the change subsribtion button dosnt work from arlo.netgear.com or the iOS app! and return back to the main page once i click on it!
Seems to work for me, are you the primary account owner and using the primary email account ?

All provided solution is not workable! Support said the subscription is only for specified country and I am surprised why Arlo is selling their products for others countries while they are not supporting !?
or just this is a selling and taking customer's money no matter !!
