Cannot trust iPhone 11

When I change to a new iphone 11, I remove the old phone from the trust list, but I cannot trust the new one.

I have attached an article that provides more information regarding removing/adding a trusted device. How do I edit two-step verification settings?

 

What version of the Arlo app is on your new iphone?

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo app and test again?

 

Is the iphone running the latesT software ios 13.4.1?

Do you have push notifications allowed for the Arlo app within the iphones settings? You may have denied this feature.
