Hi
I can’t seem to find where/how to rectrieve my cloud based recording back-ups and need to access it ASAP as I have the limited 7 day loop

App or browser? Have you tried both as well as reinstalling the app?

In your app you should have 4 icons:
1) Devices
2) Library
3) Mode
4) Settings
What are you seeing in your app and have you logged into your account on a pc?
What smartphone and app are you using?

I have all of those within my app. I am on a GS8....once any recent events have been viewed, there is no way to go into the library of each device. I have not logged in on a PC as I have never needed to.

Hey @HermanLily,
I would suggest try checking on your PC that you are able to access the recordings so we can make sure your recordings are still there.
