Hi, I’m very desperately seeking for help regarding this issue. I cannot use my phone app to access Arlo, always stuck at Two factor authentication with a message “oops! An error has occurred, try again”.
Have tried mutiple devices, both android and iOS, have tried reinstalling the app, different authentication method, etc. Web version seems to work fine.
Please help me with this. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? Have not been able to access camera for two months now

While you’re in the arlo web app look at the 2FA settings and confirm your mobile devices are listed as trusted.
Also what device is selected for 2FA notifications, eg. Mobile or email. Be aware that there is a short timeout to be able to authenticate a device which is almost useless using email.

Has the phone previously worked with the arlo app? If not is the phone number correct?
If the email is selected as the primary device, do you get a 2FA email when you try logging in on the mobile devices?
