Cannot go live

This week we have not been able to go 'live' with any of our cameras on PC. Gives us the 'please wait...' but then goes back to still frame with play arrow (not live) Cleared cache which used to solve this problem but is not now. Can do it on phone, but not on the more convenient PC. Unable to physically touch any base or cameras as out of town. Any suggestions besides resetting base and every darned camera?

Sounds likely to me that doing the arlo system reset would not resolve your issue when it is working on the arlo mobile app.

 

One of the biggest issues I see using the desktop website browser is that it requires hardware acceleration to be available on lower end pc systems.

 

This is something to be checked in the browser settings. Subject to this is the hardware availability since other browsers/programs can  hoard acceleration hardware preventing access.

This shouldn't be a problem with the Pro 2 cameras, it usually only shows up with the 2K or 4K cameras that use HEVC compression.

 

If you are doing this while away from home, then I suggest setting up a hotspot on the phone, and connecting the PC to the phone hotspot and see if that works.
