Cannot discover new camera

I just bought an add on Pro2 camera, and I was trying to add the new device via the arlo app. However, the app couldn’t discover the camera. I have tried several times, and it just didn’t work. Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!

I avoid using the app to sync cameras. Just press the base sync button briefly (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then press the camera sync button. What do the LEDs on the base and camera show? Did you sync successfully?

Thank you! I tried it, but still doesnt work. I guess something is wrong with the camera.

Hi @Cheukmingk

 

Without using the app, can you try and press the sync button once on the base station, then for a second or two on the camera & see if this helps. Be sure to keep the camera within two feet of the base station.
