I cant connect with the base anymore. It was working fine but we can view on another phone but because I am the administrator we cant change any settings have tried factory reset but no luck can anyone help please

If it was working on ANY phone, the system was working - it was your app/phone that wasn't. You could try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app before anything else.
You say you tried the factory reset but if the system is still working, you didn't reset. So, the question is - IS it still working?
