Cannot connect to camera/hub. Showing "Your Arlo device appears to be offline". Tried restarting.

Since few hours my Android Arlo app has not been able to connect to the cameras/hub. It tries to get status for sometime, and then gives a message "Your Arlo device appears to be offline.."

I have the wirelss base station and 4 cameras, all showing same message. Hub & all cameras are online but the app does not show so.

I have reset the modem and restarted the base unit but nothing changes.

How do I get the app to work again?

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried both the app and a web browser as well as both WiFi and cell service?
