Arlo Pro 2 can't sync to Base Station

Bought brand new Arlo Pro2 with 4 camera bundle. I cannot sync all cameras to the base. I followed instructions, watched you tube video step by step but still doesn’t work. What is wrong??? Thanks.

Claim the base first if you haven't already done so. Then briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for two seconds - and then the camera sync button. You should see the camera blink a blue LED slowly and then rapidly when synced.

You don't need to use the app to sync these cameras.
