Cannot connect to Base Station. Fashing red/blue now just flashes once when I reinsert the battery.

Can not connect to base was flashing red/blue now just flashes once when I reinsert the battery and then does nothing

The alternating flashing indicates a firmware update was being installed. It would appear that something went wrong. Try swapping batteries as well as using AC power to see if anything changes. If not, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
