can not connect camera with basestation

i can not connect my cameras with basestation, i can find basestation in my network and firmware is updated, but it is impossible to connect my camera.

i have two cameras and none of these works, ive tryed everything that i can find on youre site (troubleshooting)

Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LED(s) flash amber and let the base reboot. Claim the base again and sync the cameras. Only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds.
