Dear all,
i can't connect the Base Station (VMB4000) anymore, could you please help?
- I have tried with two different phones, an iPhone and an Android.
- I hard reseted the Base and I created a new account.

The fact that all LEDs are green means the system is already configured. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Claim the base normally and sync the cameras.

What are the LEDS on the front showing ??

thanks for the answer and for trying to help me. All three LADs are lighting green, the middle one is blinking from time to time; the others two are lighting solid green.  For this reason I supposed that the device is connected to the router but not to the cloud and I have done a reset, after that I created a new account and I tried to connect using this new one. Unfortunately no success.

thanks very much for your help. It is working now.  It looks like I didn't wait enought after pressing the reset button.
