If the camera is advertised to operate at a low temperature of -4 deg F why is it not charging at temperature of 30 deg F? I have two other cameras that are working fine. I also have it plugged into an outlet. This is crazy. I have had it for less than a month and troubles already.....

No trouble due to Arlo. It's a li-ion battery issue where charging shouldn't be done in sub-freezing temps.
