Hi i cannot access arlo pro2 micropohone remotely ie from out of home wifi network; i can access microphone only when i am using the same wifi network; kindly please advise as this is pretty serious problem for me thanks!
I was not able to replicate this issue as described. I have a few questions for you
- May I ask which App (Android/iOS) as well as App Firmware Version you are experiencing this issue with? **Please make sure you are updated to the latest version of the Arlo app.
- Have you tried to reboot the camera by removing > Re-inserting the battery?
I was not able to replicate this issue with the iOS Arlo app Version 3.0 with an iPhone 12 running iOS Version 14.4
Can you make sure you are on v14.4 & reboot your Pro 2 camera with the steps provided above.
Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldnt find this topic troubleshooting in google.
