I cannot login to the Arlo App. I recently started using Express VPN. I deleted the App and re-installed it on my iPhone XS. I get the same error - "Oops. An error has occurred. Try again". I can log into my arlo account through the internet so I know I have the correct email address and password.
Any suggestions.

Sounds like the VPN is the issue.
is your router able to select what devices use the VPN.
I am guessing you have tried a different location ie. your own country and you have tried the app without the VPN being active?
if your router can select devices you need to run through what you want connected.
if it works when you disable the VPN then that’s the issue.
