Can these be plugged into power at all times? Or does that the battery?

I believe the cameras can be externally powered with battery installed, the arlo chargers will trickle charge the batteries as well as deep charge if required. I have pro2 with same configuration for last 3 years using original batteries with no issues.

So you are saying that you have your cameras plugged directly into power at all times?

Yes, have two since 2018.

To clarify what I meant with no issues was with the battery performance.

I do have ongoing firmware issues which is another story.

Yes the Pro and Pro2 can be plugged in all the time ( original supply )

The cameras protect the battery from over charge and really charge to 80% max...

this is why if a Charge tube is used, the battery will last 20% longer.
