Hello,
i recently used used tech support to adjust he sensitivity on my cameras. He was able to see what cameras i had, what they were named and the current modes and settings on my equipment. Do they also have access to my video, either real time or stored library clips? I know Arlo says only people that have username and password can access but does that include their tech support?
thank you

Texassnowman,
Tech support has a diagnotic tool that allows them to see logs and camera information but not any library content or the actual content of a camera.
You can find more information on this here: How does Arlo keep my videos private and secure in the cloud?
