I am traveling internationally and per the new app I have to be on my home network to connect my cameras for the change over. I can’t do that because I’m 8000 miles from home and won’t be returning home until mid November but need to have access to my security cameras. How can I do that, will the old app still function to allow me to do that until mid November?

Hi jjbaker1168,
Your recordings, camera settings, and account information will NOT be affected so when you have download the new Arlo app, it should have all your settings on there. After September 30, 2019, you will no longer be able to log in to your account via the Arlo Legacy app. You can read more about the new Arlo app here: Arlo is migrating to a new Arlo app this month
