Can't sub to Subscription with CA postal code

Seems like this is a ongoing problem that arlo can't seem to fix. Very frustrating. Arlo will not except my Canadian postal code when trying to sign up for a subscription. They told me to leave it blank, still nothing. Why is everything so complicated with arlo

Have you tried over a different web browser or clear your cache? Do you have a screenshot of the error message?
