Can't register product. Signed in and made account through Netgear.

I’m havA hard time registering my product. I have signed in and made an account through net gear and still I cannot register my device even after I fill in the serial numbers and model number. Any suggestions?

Hi Silva_babs,

We don't have any registration page for Arlo products. You would just need to set up your system with your Arlo account through the Arlo app on your phone device or on the web client on your computer.
