Can't figure out how to disable email notifications. Help?

I can’t figure out how to disable email notifications.  Please help!!!

i have wire free HD security cameras 

model no. VMS3430

You should be able to go to the Modes tab, select the mode you are using, (probably armed), click on that which will take you to the Rules page. Edit the rule for each camera and de-select the box for e-mail alerts. The notifications are sent on a camera by camera basis, not all cameras at once.
