Can't connect 5th camera

I have 4 cameras connected to my Arlo and am trying to connect a 5th camera but when I try to it says can't find base. So I go through the steps to set up base but my phone never finds it, it just spins and spins.

You're not trying to add the base to your account again, are you? Or is this when you use the app and it is supposed to detect the base? To add a Pro 2 camera to an existing base, all you really need to do is to briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then the camera button. Have you tried that?
