I decided to remove one of my cameras and then add it back into the hub.  Opening the add device tab in the app shows add camera on the top, but the link is inactive, it won’t respond. The other tabs for lights, hubs etc do open to another page. I tried restarting the app, then deleting it and reinstalling but the same thing happens. On an iPhone.

Figured it out. I needed to hit sync on both the camera and the hub.  The motion alert video still isn’t showing up in the library though.  Even when I manually record the app shows a notification in the library but when you open the library tab there are no recordings. They only show up about 24 hrs later!!

Will using the arlo website portal my.arlo.com allow you to add the camera back?

Is the iPhone connected to the local network wifi at the camera location?

Adding cameras with the app requires it to have local access.

A few customers have reported similar problems with their library being delayed.

Arlo might be testing a new feature for the legacy cameras.
