Can't add a new Arlo Pro 2 4030P without a Subscription?

Cameras are all VMC 4030Ps, however the new camera (Device Info  Hardware =H6,) my other 5 have Hardware = H3.  The H6 pairs with the base station but is disabled until I subscribe?  I have local recording and love it,  Arlo please advise.

You’re limited to 5 cameras per user and base station location unless you purchased the 6 camera bundle.
