Can’t Access Hubs or Pro 2 Cameras

My wife and I have two free subscriptions for two different properties each with four Pro 2 cameras. This week all have stopped being visible on the apps.  The hub is still powered and green lights. 

We’ve tried removing cameras and re-adding them. It worked for two of four cameras. The other two cameras won’t re sync. Without visiting our other property we can’t re sync/add those.

 

Has Arlo made changes to either the firmware or the app version? 

any ideas how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem in that my old hub can't update firmware and so I can't connect Pro 2s to it. It shows it's online and visible in the app, but when I try to add cameras, it doesn't work. However, I have a different hub with newer firmware and I was able to connect the cameras to it no problems. So, this makes me think there's something wrong with old firmware. Thing is there was no 'expiry' date on the box to say that I need to connect the hub or it'll not work. I'm waiting on Arlo staff to respond to my post about that on here and to fix it!

You are using the VMB4000, the issues you're experiencing could be due to a hardware issue. We ask that you reach out to support for more information.
