Can one login (email) access multiple accounts and base stations (vmb4000)

We have two separate vmb4000 base stations each with a few Pro 2 cameras on them.  I would like to be able to use a single login to Arlo and then choose which base station and system to access on app or phone, but I can't find how to do that.  Initially each base station is on a separate account with distinct email addresses as the admin for each.  I tried, for base station #1 account #1, to add the email that is used for base station #2 as an admin, and it said the request was "pending", I went to that email and accepted the invitation but when I log in with that email address anywhere it still only gives me access to base station #2. I was hoping I'd be given a choice.  Is there any way to do that?  Thank you!

How many cameras do you have altogether?

If you have 5 or fewer (or alternatively if you have a subscription), you can just put both bases in one account.
