I have a vmb3500 base station and 3 pro2 cameras. I bought them And installed 7 months ago and worked fine until Some weeks ago, base station failed firmware upgrade. Then I submitted a case to arlo. A couple days later, firmware upgrade issue was gone and everything backed to work. Then I got a case update email from arlo support and found I could not login my account any more. I tried different phones and pc, either app or my.arlo.com, login failed with the same error “can not recognize This device”. I called arlo support and waited for 2 hours Before talked a supporter in foreign but did not get any help at all. It’s a terrible experience. I submitted several requests to alto support and could not get help.

I got case update email, click update case gave a window “There was error processing your request. Please contact arlo support.” Where is arlo support?
