Can not connect my camera after removing it from new app

Hello,

I have problem.
Yesterday I accidentally deleted device from app arlo, and when i try add my arlo pro again it can not be added.
Any one can help resolve this problem ?

Wireless camera Arlo Pro 2

How are you trying to add the camera back?

Yes! I tried follow the instructions on the app to add camera back to the station, but after the blue LED blink , it nothing happened. The app couldn’t find my camer.

If you can, attempt it on a computer...  https://my.arlo.com

 

Or just do it without app.... Press the base sync button ( quick press only ) and then the camera sync button.

the slow blue should turn to quick flash if it works.

@TomMac Yes, I tried that as well, but after quick blue flash, I checked the app. There is no camera added.
