Can not add camera

My battery died on this camera. Charged it until the charging station showed it was fully charged. I removed this camera before charging. When I am on the app to "add device" it shows this.. "make sure your device is powered on correctly and you're connected to the network." My other 2 cameras are working just fine, my network/wifi is 100% and the base station is working fine. When I insert the battery a blue light blinks once and that is it.. when I hit sync just to see if it lights up, nothing. HELP! Just spend 60 on the station and I feel I am jumping through hoops.. having nothing but problems..

Can you take the battery out of one of the other 2 cameras and put it in this camera? That'll allow you to rule out the battery as the problem
