Apple TV has an app. Otherwise, you may be able to cast to a smart TV.

If you have an Alexa device attached to your TV or AVR, such as an Amazon FireTV, Fire Stick, or Echo 2 you can add the Arlo skill to Alexa. Then you'll need to sign-in to your Alexa account via web browser on a separate device like a computer or tablet and add + enable each camera one by one. Once that is done, you can say "Alexa show me XXXXXXX" where XXXXXXX is the name of the camera you'd like to see and the Alexa enabled device will show you a live view of that camera on your TV. If you search around the Community for "Alexa" you'll find a post or two that give more detail on the steps I mentioned if you need it.
This is the only command Alexa supports. You can't arm/disarm or do anything else but it will get you what you're looking for.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
C
