Can I continuously record everything regardless of movement outside

I am thinking about buying set of 2 cams and station. I have power outlet near by and plan to have it plugged in all the time.

Can I continuosly record everything regardless of movement outside and if so do I have to plug in hard drive into the station?

If I dont cont. record and do it only on detected movement how do you prevent recording when people are passing on the house on sidewalk?

These cameras are designed to be used for motion detection recordings. However, with AC power applied to the cameras you can subscribe to CVR which may be adequate for your purposes. A USB drive on the base will only record the same motion recordings as are sent to the cloud, not the CVR part.

The prevent recordings of unwanted subjects, proper positioning of the camera is needed. Point it so the sidewalk out front isn't in view and/or set zones up.

Nope. These aren't IP cameras and the stream is encrypted.

If Pro 2 is not plugged into power can I still see live view from my app while I am away from home?

Any of the wireless cameras require a base station. These are not IP cameras.
