Can I Still Use The Arlo App Overseas?

I'm planning an overseas trip and wondered if I can still use the Arlo app to access and control my Arlo Pro 2 cameras EVEN I CHANGE TO A NEW SIM CARD for my phone. I suppose the answer is YES (because as long as I can access the app with my existing login, the cameras should still be under my control). Just wanna double check. Many thanks.

No diff than using two phones... it's the app and internet/lte that makes it work
