I have three exterior cameras that have been working fine for about 10 years, but they all went off-line on February 10 and I cannot get them to reconnect. Is Arlo now forcing people to buy a monthly plan? I’ve never had a plan. This is so frustrating.

No.

Did your app menu change from "Library" to "Feed" when this happened?

Are you using a "Friend" account (shared cameras) or the primary account?

Is the arlo base also off-line?

Same thing happened to be although a week later. Have been trying to solve remotely. Any luck with yours?

It helps if you give us all details as well as answering @StephenB 's questions.

The app did change from Library to Feed, but it’s not a friend account. Mine is a primary account. Thanks for your help.

And is the base also offline? Visually check the base's LED(s).

Yes...the base is offline however the internet and electricity is on...my issue is it's remote and I suspect I'll have to wait until I can get physically there to do a re-sync. Can't seem to do that remotely. Thanks.

My Arlo base seems to be online. It’s showing two green lights on right and left, but the center light is not lit up at all. Does the center light indicate a problem?

Normally it means the base is not connected to the internet.

But if you can livestream the cameras paired with the base, that is not the case here.

Have you tried restarting the base?

Yes I’ve tried restarting the base several times, with no luck. I also cannot live stream the cameras.

But it says on-line in the app?  Even after you go into the base station settings?

Have you checked the ethernet cable between the base and your router (making sure both connectors are secure)?  If your router has multiple LAN ports, try switching to a different LAN port.

In the app, it says the base is offline.

When I’m back home next week, I will check the ethernet cable between the base and your router and will try switching to a different LAN port on the router. Thank you.

@Jardin211 Are you still seeing this same behavior?

I had a similar problem in late Feb 2026 and had to do a factory reset of the base hub and re-sync all the cameras. Working OK now, but web live view is very slow to connect. The Android app connects to live view faster/OK.
