Cameras not recording

I have Arlo Pro 2 and Pro 3 cameras. Though I don't have any active paid plan, Previously the Pro 2 cameras used to record movements in cloud for a week or so, but now the Pro 2 cameras are not recording anymore. I have also attached a local storage device to the Pro 2 base station, but it is neither recording in Cloud nor in local storage device. However, Pro 3 cameras are working okay and they record normally.

How many unsubscribed cameras do you have? The free cloud storage for the Pro 2s is limited to accounts with 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras.
