Subscription has been renewed and billed to credit card but cameras are still not recording

The Pro 2 cameras do not require a subscription to have cloud recordings. WHat have you tried and what do you see? Since you have a subscription now, have you checked Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras to verify that the cameras are activated in the sub?
