We are stating to face issues with our Pro2 camera batteries charging and holding charge. Simple fix according to the Arlo website. Order replacement batteries! Yet Arlo do not operate a B2C model, they operate a B2B model and non of our local retailers stock them (New Zealand). Added to this, the support is terrible. The chat bot sends you round and round in circles. There’s no way to obtain a phone number or email address to have some sort of human contact or interaction. Oh but you can access an agent and get priory if you sign up to one of plans…. Really! Any suggestions welcomed and hopefully this may prompt someone from Arlo to actually contact me directly. Thank you in advance
