I recently bought 2 Arlo Pro 2 cams, and because of where I was mounting them it wasn't prudent to use it wirelessly as it would be a pain to try and get them down to charge, so I purchased 2 Waserstein 20ft long hard wire cables to keep them plugged in, however, neither of them are charging, and 1 now shows as it's offline. I find it hard to believe that BOTH wires I bought are defective at the same time, has anyone run into a similar issue?

A few other folks have reported recent issues with Wasserstein chargers no longer charging.

Are you using their cables with the Arlo Pro2 outdoor charger, or are you using the Wasserstein charger or the indoor Arlo adapter?

Do the arlo chargers still work correctly?

Hi,

I have the exact same issue and drives me mad, without the charger the cameras only last 3-4 days before going flat.

without using the mains the functionality of the cameras is very poor
