Cameras are not recording when detecting movement. Tried removing camera, rebooting Base Station.

I have four cameras and none of them are recording when picking up motion.  I've done the motion test on each and the yellow light flashes.  I have removed all the cameras from the base station, rebooted the base station, added cameras back and still nothing.  I have removed all equipment and started from scratch.  Nothing.  Can someone please offer a suggestion.  Thank you in advance.

Probably a dumb question, but you do have rules that are set to trigger recordings?
