We have 4 Arlo cameras … for the past 3 years they’ve worked perfectly. But over the past 3 months 2 of them take pictures that are at 90 degree angles away from where they are pointed. I have reset the base unit. Taken out and replaced the batteries. Cleaned off the front of the camera units. Repositioned them multiple times but these two units record at the strangest angles no matter where I point them. Has anyone else experienced this and if so … how to correct them?

It's not physically possible to record 90 degrees from where they're mounted unless someone moves them. However, there can be an issue where it's zoomed in making it appear to rotate. Take a look at the Video Settings in each camera's settings and see whether what you see is correct or duplicates what the videos show. You can zoom back out but it may be difficult in the app so be ready to try the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer browser.
