Cameras and base show offline but alerts and recorded videos come through...

A few days ago I saw that one of my cameras did not appear to send any notifications. And I couldn't see Live streaming on it.  Then a second camera presented the same issue. Today I rebooted the base (VMB4500r2) and all cameras show offline. The base will come online and drop off. Notifications come through and all cameras are recording events. 

All this applies to the Arlo ios app and website.

Apple's own Home app works fine: notifications + live streaming.

Any ideas?

Which device are you using iOS or Android? Have you tried logging out and logging back into the account to see if that resolves the behavior you are seeing?
