Camera will not record

Hi all,

I have my camera wired usually, a couple of days ago it got unplugged and the battery drained. Upon plugging it back in it only worked for approximately 2 hours then stopped recording. The app is showing the motion detector is on, although it’s not recording.

I have restarted the base station and hard reset it to no avail.

Unfortunately I have no access to physically get to the camera at the moment.

Any suggestions beyond replacing the battery?
