My one camera hasn’t been detecting motion and I have taken out battery and removed the device and resynced the camera numerous times to still not have it working. I have also tried the motion test but it will not detect anything either but I can play it live and have feedback. Any ideas?

If the motion detection is not working on your Arlo camera (including the motion detection test), contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
